Q – How does payment work? 

A – Once you enter your card details, Stripe (our payment service) will debit the order’s worth from the card. We will then process this payment and add you to our delivery list.

Q – I want to order greens but I am not in a Glasgow zone that is available for delivery – what can I do?

A – It is still possible to order, you can either pick up from the farm or contact us directly, and we can organise a parcel delivery to your address for a fee.

Q – How does delivery work?

A – We deliver all orders on Fridays by bike. Please let us know in the order notes of any important delivery information, such as a porch drop off. Also, you can contact us directly at any time if you need to change the delivery, or if you won’t be in.

Q – What receipt of payment will I receive?

A – Once you complete a payment on our website you will receive an email confirming we have received your order and taken payment. Once processed on our end you should receive another email confirming delivery times and details.

Q – Where can I see My Account details?

A – You can see all details regarding your account, as well as carrying out actions like changing personal details, on the My Account tab of the website.

Q – How do I delete my account?

A – Please contact us directly to delete your account, we can process the erase account request in the back end. Currently, the store we are running does not support user-end account erasures.

Q – How does delivery pricing work?

A – We have flat rates for specific Glasgow postcodes.
