A year ago, we hooked up with award-winning, Glasgow nutritionist and chef, Sonnda Catto, to talk microgreens – tell her all about our then-new business plus what’s mighty about microgreens. Looking back, it’s great to see how far we’ve come and how much our business has grown. In 2020, we successfully launched a delivery service, expanded our microgreen varieties considerably, and built a new system for larger greens, such as Kale and Lettuce.
In 2021, we have paused our operations as we are in the process of moving to a larger site. We hope to re-launch our services again by summer, so keep an eye out on our socials!
